In the Western community, safer sex always being considered as sexual practice or intimacy which bring no harm to both partners.
It is permitable as long as nobody get any desease or illness, physically and psychologically. Factors like moral,cultural, ethical and physical one are considered as guidelines in defining the safer sex.
In the Ancient-Eastern community which sex is rarely discussed in public, morality and religious factors are the common reasons why sex is sometime treated as taboo. Being sceptic and self-egoismus, the ancient eastern community restrain themselves to openly discuss sex as it could bring more harm than good.
